Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)

Once-per-year energy assistance for eligible households to help with payments or purchases of electricity, propane, natural gas, heating oil, kerosene, or firewood. Can also help with the repair or replacement of a heating unit. LIHEAP begins takingncalls at 9am on Mondays (or next business day if Monday is a holiday) and will continue to take calls until their schedule for the week is filled.

Relief for Energy Assistance through Community Help. Program offered by
PG&E and administered through the Salvation Army. Provides an energy credit (up to $300) once every 18 months to qualifying low-income households. Check criteria to see if you qualify, then contact the Salvation Army (phone number above).
